Why did I make this?

Hack.Premo.biz is where I try out new ideas. For example, Inspect.Premo.biz lived here for years before I moved it out to its own domain.

One of the most important files here is _skel.php.

I've probably spent more time on the design of Hack.Premo.biz than on the design of any other page or site I've created.
